[SOA] New Archivist Position with OGS

The Ohio Genealogical Society is seeking an Archivist to manage its Lyle H.
"Hal" West archive room. This is a full-time position with some Saturday
work days.

 

Educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree in history, archival science,
library science, or a related field, or equivalent education and training in
archives. Master of Library Science, Library and Information Science, or
Archives and Records Administration degrees preferred. Current graduate
students and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities include managing the OGS manuscript collection, processing
archival material, and writing finding aids.
