Believe it or not, the nation's 250th anniversary will be here in 2026. Ohio and every state in the nation is preparing to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime celebration of the longest-surviving experiment in democracy.

I have the honor of serving as the executive director of a new state commission that is starting to make plans for Ohio's participation.
