The University Archives Collection Assistant supports the activities of The Ohio State University Archives to provide collection services for University Archives. Refers donors to appropriate archivist for in-depth consultation and supports accessioning activities. Assists with promotion and outreach activities. Works closely with Records Manager to assist with administrative work to ensure efficiency and compliance. Manages responses for basic records management activities. Works with archivists to facilitate digitization activities and collection description activities. Trains student employees and coordinates warehouse shelving paperwork. All other duties as assigned. The posting range for this position is $47,200 to $55,000 annually.
