[OPLINLIST] Sunday Schedule and Pay

Greetings, everyone -- 

I'm sure this discussion has happened before, but not so recently as 
to be in the archives...

We're thinking positively and planning for that fine, fine day next 
week that our first-ever operating levy passes.  I need some input 
from those libraries who currently have every-Sunday hours on how 
you work the pay and schedules.  Do you:

Pay:
a) pay standard rate?
b) pay time 1/2?
c) pay double time?
d) other

Schedules:
a) have public services staffed with people who only work Sundays 
(and maybe some other days)?
b) have public services staffed with full or part-time hourly people 
who take time off during the week to accommodate their Sunday 
hours?
c) have some sort of "weekend rotation" with Saturday and Sunday 
as a set?
d) other?

Other?
