In today's USA Today there is a good article about living wills and
similar medical documents. There is also an excellent glossary of the
terms used (unfortunately it didn't make it to the electronic version)
but it might be good to keep a copy around it explains some of the
medical terminology..

The Ohio State Bar Assoc has some info on living wills, durable powers
of attorney in Ohio specifically.

for living will.. This bar association's "law you can use" page has
many good articles on legal questions and they often give Ohio specific
answers where some of the other legal resources try to explain it for
the everywhere..
