The Hudson Library & Historical society has hundreds of orange hanging newspaper/magazine file folders available for free. The sizes are as follows:

 7 1/2 x 11 folders  (16 available)

 13x15 folders  (200 available)

 10x12 folders  (2,200 available)

We are on U.S. cargo. We can ship smaller requests through U.S. cargo for free. 
If you would like hundreds, you will have to come and pick them up.
