Branch Library, 550 Buckeye Street, Chillicothe, Ohio

Presented by: Louise T. Jones, Head, Research Services, Ohio Historical
Society; Louise is head of Research Services at the Ohio Historical Society.
She has worked in historical societies for over 15 years.

---Family history research is the fastest growing hobby in America, with
everyone from senior citizens to 4Hers trying out their research skills in
libraries across the country. This workshop is designed to assist library
staff with patrons at varying levels of expertise in both genealogical
research and web searching skills. It will cover Ohio resources, both
original materials and websites, as well as related regional and national
information. This workshop will include a hands-on (two attendees per
computer) learning component designed to familiarize attendees with the
resources.
