TEEN Summer Reading Workshop 2004

On February 9, 2004; 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., the State Library of Ohio will
host a video conference of the live Teen Summer Reading Workshop presented
by NOLA Regional Library System.      The video screening will be held at
the State Library at 274 East First Ave, Columbus, OH.    Admission to the
video screening is FREE but seating is limited to the first 50 registrants.

The conference speakers are Maria Levetzow of the Bettendorf Public Library
(Iowa) and Rose Mary Honnold.   Levetzow is the author of the 2004 "Discover
New Trails at Your Library" Teen Summer Reading Program manual and Honnold
is author of "101+ Teen Programs That Work."  Both speakers will share their
ideas about and experiences with Teen summer reading programs and teen
volunteers.      

The State Library of Ohio is one of several sites presenting the
video-conference.   Other locations include all the Regional Library Systems
in Ohio and Franklin Public Library and Springfield Public Library.
