Please be advised that any potential fraud involving the Medicare =
Approved Drug Discount Card should be reported to the Medicare Fraud =
Hotline at 1-800-447-8477.  This is the exclusive telephone number for =
reporting incidences involving the Medicare-Approved Prescription Drug =
Discount Card.

Sign up for the Card will not commence until May.  Anyone who is =
attempting to sell cards prior to May, especially in a Door to Door =
scenario, should be reported.  A list of the approved Card vendors will =
be released on April 7.  All sign-up for the Cards will take place =
through the mail.=20
