Microsoft Word 2000 Basic

Where: SOLO Regional Library System, Caldwell, OH
In this class you will learn the fundamental techniques for good word
processing, utilizing both mouse and keyboard techniques. There is a strong
emphasis on font and paragraph formatting, text editing, selection
techniques, and tab creation. In addition, the student will learn how
to reveal the format codes affecting document text. The class will wrap up
with a discussion on printing.
Note: SOLO will be sponsoring more advanced Word classes as the year
progresses. We encourage you to take this class for a solid foundation.
Prerequisite: Windows Basic
This workshop is funded, in part, through an Institute of Museum and Library
Services LSTA grant awarded by the State Library of Ohio.
