 Solidify your understanding of the Microsoft Windows environment!

 Have you ever wondered what happened to your screen or where your data
went?  Do you understand people when they talk about toggling and
minimizing?  Come to this class for a solid overview of Microsoft Windows.

This course provides prerequisite knowledge for all Windows based programs.
The student will learn the screen elements, navigation techniques, and basic
skill sets common to Windows applications.  Upon completion of the course,
participants will be able to utilize and customize the Windows interface,
share information between programs, troubleshoot frozen applications and
manage computer file structure.

At a minimum, students will learn:

--How to use the Start Menu
--How to use the screen controls
--How to get help
--How to toggle and tile different programs (multi-tasking)
--How files and folders can get you organized
--How to customize the screen
--Proper terminology
