Subject: ARRT Bibliographies Now Available on NoveList

Nora Roberts, John Grisham, Cynthia Haseloff, Pagan Kennedy..

How many of these authors do you recognize? How many of them do you
read? With a new fiction title being published every 30 minutes, it is
not surprising that many of us feel that we will never be able to read
enough. If you are interested in expanding your book knowledge, a good
place to begin is to use the Adult Reading Roundtable's ARRT Genre
Fiction List: A Self-Evaluative Bibliography. For the past 20 years, the
Chicago area Adult Reading Roundtable has committed to providing quality
readers' advisory service in its member's libraries. Their recently
updated bibliography allows you to assess your knowledge of over 400
authors representing 18 genres.

Library staff working with young adults can use ARRT's Young Adult Genre
Fiction List to see what they know about popular authors writing for
this audience.

Both bibliographies are available for downloading from NoveList. Here's
how to get to these guides in NoveList:

1. Access NoveList and click the START button.
2. Scroll down the Search Selection page to the "Read about Popular
Titles and Topics" section. Select the "For Staff Only" link.
3. "ARRT Genre Fiction List" and "ARRT Young Adult Genre Fiction List"
are the first two links in the list.

Also remember that with its in-depth subject headings, searchable
reviews and annotations for over 120,000 titles, NoveList is the perfect
resource to help you out when you are faced with a reader who is talking
about an author that you have not read.

If you have any questions regarding NoveList, please feel free to
contact us at information@epnet.com.

Kind regards,
