is the Library Services Manager for OPLIN.


      Description:

Librarians can now access directly the OPLIN Support Center's tracking 
software. Search the knowledge base, access service forms, and track the 
progress of your library's issues directly. OPLIN Self-Service also 
brings you Right Answers(TM), a commercial knowledge base with advanced 
technical information for common operating systems and software 
applications. Learn how to get the most out of OPLIN's advanced web 
services.

This is a hands-on workshop limited to 10 participants.
