[OPLINLIST] pussy willows

I don't if anyone out there can help us.  We have a request from one of
our teachers
for the following poem and the title and author. The poem  starts...
They call them pussy willows, but there's no cat to see just some furry
little toes that stick out on the tree. We would appreciate any help
anyone could give us.  We have tried our resources and have come up
empty.
