[OPLINLIST] Updated information on Underground Railroad/Quilt speakers

For anyone who was considering a speaker on these topics:

Rita Fishel of Chillicothe still does the programs and is willing to travel.  Consult her website at www.creationssewclever.com, or sewclevr at bright.net.

Adrienne Heard, author of Aunt Rosie's Mother's Quilt, only does them in the SW Ohio (Dayton) area.

Ricky Clark of Oberlin has retired from the speaking circuit.

Gayle Pritchard of Bay Village will do them, although she does more modern quilting and has just written a book called Uncommon Threads:  Ohio's Art Quilt Revolution.

Marla Spencer, a librarian at the Bradford Library in Darke County teaches quilting and will do something on the Underground Railroad Quilt.  Contact her at spencerma at oplin.org.
