      Description

Colleen Kennedy from Northern Kentucky University and Anne Abate from 
GCLC are interested in how we measure quality in libraries. This can 
range anywhere from measuring the effectiveness of BI to LIBQUAL and 
library standards for accreditation.

Join Colleen and Anne in this open discussion about quality 
measure--what we are using now, what we should be using, what works, 
what is a waste of time. Maybe we can learn new ways to build quality 
measures into everything we do.
