[OPLINLIST] Library freenets?

Hello, all,

I would like to know what other libraries in Ohio are providing an 
(outside the library) email and/or Internet access service. 
We have KnoxNet, and Mansfield/Richland County still operates an email 
service, but we'd like to know if there is anyone else.
(If you aren't sure, tell me anyway.)
