[OPLINLIST] Patron barcode numbers

We have a cataloging dilemma.  When we first went online, we set aside
what we thought was an impossibly large block of patron numbers. Now
after 14 years we have used them all and the next number is in the
material number range.  Have any of you had a similar problem and what
did you do?  We are running Sagebrush Spectrum and create our own smart
barcodes.
