[OPLINLIST] Insurance for individuals

>From a small library's perspective it has long seemed to me that it would be extremely helpful for libraries to have access to a group rate for individuals who need insurance when the library does not provide insurance.  I understand that a number of libraries provide insurance for a small category of employees - e.g. the director, full time employees, etc.  I would like to know where those libraries which insure a limited number of employees (possibly only one) get their insurance.
