*Sheila Freyhof* is the Training Instructor and the Volunteer Services 
Coordinator for the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. 
Sheila has worked as a Reference Librarian at the Green Township Branch 
and a Children's Librarian at the Mariemont Branch, where she served for 
six years. Sheila has been the Training Instructor in Human Resources 
for the past seven years. This new career path has given her an 
opportunity to design and implement over 35 different programs for the 
library not including those with outside presenters.


      Description

There isn't a day that goes by when you don't have some kind of conflict 
at work. Eighty percent of the time, it is so menial that we hardly give 
it a second thought and we go on with our day. Another 15 percent of the 
time, the conflict is more involved and some kind of mediation needs to 
take place. The remaining five percent of the time, the conflict is so 
serious that work screeches to a halt until a resolution is found. This 
2.5-hour workshop will walk you through a 4-step process of resolving 
conflict at work so that the resolution is a win/win solution for you 
and the organization.
