[OPLINLIST] Book lockers

We will be implementing book lockers soon at our Library.  If any libraries
that currently have book lockers for their patrons would be willing to share
any policies, procedures, instructions, etc, I would greatly appreciate it!
This would be for both staff training and patron use.  Thank you.
