[OPLINLIST] Sick leave reimbursement

If a staff member retires from ACPL through OPERS, the staff member may
receive one-fourth (¼) of unused accumulated medical leave at the current
hourly wage as a retirement benefit.

know if other libraries offer a pay out for unused sick leave, vacation,
personal days etc..etc.  What percentages are used ? Does anyone have a
policy for reimbursement?
