      Speaker(s)

*Sheila Freyhof* is the Training Instructor and the Volunteer Services 
Coordinator for the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. 
Sheila has worked as a Reference Librarian at the Green Township Branch 
and a Children's Librarian at the Mariemont Branch, where she served for 
six years. Sheila has been the Training Instructor in Human Resources 
for the past seven years. This new career path has given her an 
opportunity to design and implement over 35 different programs for the 
library not including those with outside presenters.


      Description

This class will reveal techniques and practical tips on how to think of 
your job with a fresh outlook. Job satisfaction is directly related to 
workplace productivity, retention, and job success. This class looks at 
introspective ways to gain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward 
coming to work every day. Communication guidelines and tips on how to 
reverse negativity and conflict will give attendees a basis for 
accomplishing their performance goals with less effort and stress. 
Learning the secrets of how to take charge of your career path and 
propel your performance to greater heights will renew each attendee's 
desire to do better than average.
