  Looking to jump start your long range planning process?  Want to develop a library foundation?  Considering a library levy?
   
  Let the Rural Sustainability Workshop help.
   
  These half day workshops are designed to give library staff assistance in planning and developing strategies to maintain all manner of library services, centering on sustaining the public access computing services at the library.  
   
  We’ll look at areas such as technology maintenance and planning, outreach to the community, funding, training support, promotion, advocacy and collaboration.  Plus, participants will learn about the resources, information network and learning opportunities available to them on WebJunction. 
   
  Come prepared for lots of hands-on work and plenty of discussion.
   
  *Audience*
  This workshop will focus on the issues and challenges facing the public library staff. While it is directed at library managers, this session is open to all levels of library staff.
