[OPLINLIST] Missing item from shipping

We shipped out a bag with a book & a cassette with barcode
34286000548771 title: EPOSSUMONDAS BY COLEEN SALLEY and only the book
was returned and the computer didn't keep where it came in from.
Received book back in cargo on Friday, March 23, 2007.(someone actually
when looking it up, checked it out to one of our patrons that was up on
computer & the other info is all gone) Oops.  If your library has it and
not sure what belongs in bag, this is the info and we do have the book
and are waiting for the arrival of the rest of package. Thank you so
