[OPLINLIST] Sick Leave Pools

Hello.

I think this has been discussed before; however, I am asking again.

Are there any Ohio libraries that have a sick leave pool/bank?  What is
your policy? Have you run in to any problems that we should keep in mind
we are developing our policy?
