promote advisory services?  How do you train your staff in advisory 
practices?

·      Reading Maps:  Get ideas for promoting your entire collection.

·      Advisory Resources:  Learn about advisory tools.  Share your 
great new discoveries.

·      Reading Recommendations:  Find out about new authors.  Share your 
favorites.

·      Professional Development Experiences:  Did you attend a workshop
