[OPLINLIST] Teen Behavior

Hello!
Our teens have been a bit *cough* energetic lately.  Our biggest issues
would probably be swearing and smoking on library property.  What are your
teen behavior policies?  Do they differ at all from adult policies and if
not, please pass on adult policies on these behaviors as well.
