[OPLINLIST] Phone Systems in Libraries

We are investigating installing a new phone system in our library and would like to hear from anyone who recently installed a new system.  We have questions such as how did you select the vendor you used, what features were important to you and were you able to find a vendor who could supply them, cost, etc.
