House Bill number 9 brings many changes in Ohio's Public Records Law.
This program will cover what public record custodians need to do
differently, what can stay the same, and the new risks posed by the
legislation. 

Clerk-Treasurer's Learning Group to follow in the afternoon.

responsible for open records law
