[OPLINLIST] NoveList feature: linking directly to/from your library's OPAC

Here's the latest word from EBSCO:

> The linking syntax has changed with our latest Novelist release. I request you to use the following
> syntax to link from your library catalog to NoveList.

> http://search.ebscohost.com/Login.aspx?authtype=ip,uid&site=novelist-live&direct=true&bquery=TI+{Title}+and+AU+{Author}&scope=site

I've tested it out and it seems to work fine.
