[OPLINLIST] Collating Cow put out to pasture

Thanks to everyone who responded to my processing question.   I have
decided put the sacred (collating) cow out to pasture permanently.
Thanks for all the feedback on this issue which I can use to "explain"
why we are not collating books to staff members who were very attached
to the task.
