All,
    Sorry for the downtime around 1pm today, but it was unplanned and 
outside our control. Apparently a power cable going to the at&t 
equipment that handles all of our T1 lines, and some lines for other 
agencies, was not properly pushed in and twisted. As the building crew 
was pulling some new cable, it was wiggling that cord, and caused the 
equipment to lose power. The cord is now properly secured and we don't 
expect to have any more issues.
