[OPLINLIST] Internet Policies

Matt,

We use an automated system called PC Reservation that does it for us but we
follow the rule that the user's card must not be blocked as a result of
fines totaling more than $10, or materials overdue past two months. If the
card is blocked PC Reservation will not let them sign into a computer.
