We use the magnetic kind. The staff loves them as they do not poke
holes in clothing. And, I let the staff design their own... first
names only... They come up with some fun designs for the holidays or
supporting a certain scarlet and gray football team, etc. My name tag
has the phrase "The Best Deal in the County!" after the library name.
