[OPLINLIST] Name Tags

We give staff the choice of how their name is shown on their name tag.  
Administrative staff use their full names. Many staff members that  
work out in the public areas prefer using just their first names. Each  
employee is offered two name tags when employed. They can choose from  
a magnetic tag or clip on tag. Many convert the clip on tag to a tag  
they can hang with some type of lanyard. Staff must where the name tag  
in an easily seen location. Staff are not allowed to where name tags  
at waist level where it would be hard for public to see when staff is  
behind circulation desk.
