[OPLINLIST] Levy Tries

Good morning, all,
Has any library had to go more than three times to the voters to get their
first operating levy passed? I would like to hear specific examples as well
as any additional views on whether or not you think it is wise to put a levy
on the ballot during hard economic times. Please contact me for
clarification, if needed. Thank you in advance for your input and advice.
