[OPLINLIST] policy on Fax service?

Hello colleagues,

My director has asked me post this request for any of you who allow the 
public to fax from your library.
Do you have an official policy, and would you please share it with us?
We are in the process of drafting our own policy and the Board of 
Trustees would like to see examples.

You may email me directly (welchly at oplin.org) or fax your policy if it's 
easier (440-647-2103).
