The Napoleon Public Library Board of Trustees seeks an organized,
detail-oriented person to fill the position of Fiscal Officer.  Must have
strong accounting skills and be bondable. The Fiscal Officer manages the
library's fiscal operations.

The Fiscal Officer serves as the chief financial officer of the library
and ensures that financial operations comply with all applicable laws and
regulations, library policies and sound financial practices.  The Fiscal
Officer is the chief purchasing agent for the library and processes
payroll and coordinates benefits management.  The Fiscal Officer is
appointed by the Board of Trustees and reports to them in the discharge of
duties assigned by state statute and regulations.

Fund accounting desired.
