[OPLINLIST] Staff policy

[Delphos Library]

Hi All:
   I am writing from a small library (staff of 9). My board is interested in implementing a disciplinary policy/procedure  into our handbook. I was wondering if anyone out there has such a policy & would be willing to share it with me? 

  Also does anyone know of a motivational speaker who would not be too expensive?? We're thinking of doing a staff day or half day sometime in the spring.       Many thanks.
