Trying to compose this so it doesn't get filtered. We have been hit twice by a Yahoo chat bot and can't find a way (actually the official word is that there is no way) to block an IM user with the Spark software. Any suggestions, calming words of wisdom or a procedure on how to deal with offensive IM users? TIA
