[OPLINLIST] More email space for OPLIN email accounts

All,

     As part of the process of upgrading the OPLIN mail server, we've 
increased the capacity of everyone's OPLIN email account from 25MB to 
100MB. If you're using a POP3 client like Outlook or Thunderbird to 
download your email, this change won't affect you, but if you use OPLIN 
Webmail, your storage space has been quadrupled.
