[OPLINLIST] IRS 1040 Instruction booklets?

Hello colleagues,

Has anyone received their 1040 instruction booklets for the federal tax?
We have received the 1040A and 1040EZ booklets, and forms for all three
along with many other different forms, but nary a glimpse of 1040
instructions and people are getting a bit upset with us.

We were receiving email notifications every time the IRS shipped, but
those have stopped also.
