[OPLINLIST] E-Rate workshop documents and October 2010 MR81 available

For those librarians that could not attend the E-Rate Form 471 workshop
yesterday, the documents distributed by Lorrie Germann, eTech Ohio, are
available on WebJunction Ohio.  On the documents page of Ohio E-Rate,
http://oh.webjunction.org/oherate, The "Step by Step for Form 471" was
used at the workshop.  For those libraries that have not yet completed
the Form 470, a step-by-step guide for the New Form 470 has also been
posted.  

 

Yesterday, the Ohio Department of Education posted the October 2010
MR81.  The Directory can be found at: ftp://ftp.ode.state.oh.us/MR81/ .
This site provides the number of students qualifying for free and
reduced lunch and is used to calculate a library's discount percentage
for E-Rate.

 

Please remember as you complete your Form 470 and Form 471 that Lorrie
Germann, State E-Rate Coordinator, is available to assist you.  She can
