[OPLINLIST] Laptop policies and practices for children

Do any of you lend laptops out to children to use in the library? If so,
what are your policies? In the case of adults, one can exchange a driver's
license for use of a laptop. One can let a child use a laptop if they have
a library card. I have even heard of libraries that keep one shoe! What if
the child does not have a library card? Do you have some kind of locking
device in place for the laptop? Any thoughts and advice would be
appreciated.
