[OPLINLIST] Looking up Children's Telephone numbers

Thanks to all who responded to my request.  Two library did not look up
library card numbers at all for children .  Another gave guest passes in
lieu of looking up and writing down library card numbers.  Three looked up
library card numbers verbally verifying the name address and telephone
numbers.
