[OPLINLIST] Damaged DVDs

I would like to know how other libraries handle DVDs that are scratched,
worn or otherwise unplayable. Do you clean them? Replace after a certain
number of circs? If you clean them, what type of machine do you use? Do you
use staff or volunteers? Thank you.
