[OPLINLIST] Fines and Fees

In 2010 we implemented new fines for books.  We went from $.10 to $.25 a
day, which has always seemed a bit high to me.  I would like to know what
you charge for fines.  Do you charge the same amount or different amounts
depending on the item type?  Also, when do you cap patrons from checking out
materials and/or using the Internet?  I don't know if there is anyone else
interested in the answers, and there might be a lot of responses, so please
feel free to respond off list.
