[OPLINLIST] Pay Range for IT

Warm Hello:
I am interested in pay ranges libraries give to their computer/IT personnel.
Especially those libraries serving a population of 25,000 or less. Do you
outsource your networking/computer needs? If so, how much per hour do you
pay? Do you have someone on staff who handles your library's computer needs?
Are you willing to share a pay range with me? I am interested in staff with
experience and no degree and also those with a degree. You may email me
