LIBRARY DIRECTOR


The Trustees of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library need an energetic, 
creative, team-oriented leader to fill the Director's position, soon 
to be open due to retirement.  The staff is well-trained, the 
organization is in sound fiscal condition and we looking for a new 
Director to create strong, innovative services.  The successful 
applicant will have an excellent knowledge of current program and 
management practices, comfortable with all technologies impacting 
libraries today, and must have strong collaborative skills.  The 
willingness to become a part of the community is essential, along 
with a well-honed vision of what a library can be to its district.

Position requires an MLS from an ALA accredited-school, 5 years 
library experience (which includes 3 years administrative 
experience).  Salary:  Minimum of $60k, additional dependent upon 
experience.  Position available July 29, 2011.  Tiffin offers an
